So far clashes in Dontesk between Pro Russian or anti Kiev protesters and pro Kiev protesters have kept Ukrainians in both Eastern and Western Ukraine anxious. Clashes between protesters and police back in in Donetsk and Luhansk have left 2 protesters dead and some 100 injured. In Luhansk, Russian speaking protesters have taken over an administrative building in Luhansk encouraging fellow protesters to call for autonomy for the self proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. Sanctions have also been extended and added to some 17 companies doing business with Russia.
