Aftermath of car explosion in Berlin's city centre.
A car bomb exploded in the centre of Berlin, Germany earlier today. The explosion was NOT related to terrorism. It was an assassination on a drug lord. The bomb killed one person, the car's driver but didn't injure anyone else in the area. Keep in mind that the car bomb went off during heavy traffic in the city centre. Car bombs have been around for over 100 years. It has historically been used as a form of assassination. It is most famously used by the Mafia, desperate separatists, operatives and revolutionary groups for assassinating opponents, political leaders and drug dealers.
