Nepal's constitutional reform and post earthquake politics

Nepal is currently balancing Earthquake recovery which is taking longer than expected with the recent constitutional reforms that have outraged ordinary Nepalese. As Haitians have learned after a massive disaster, the Nepalese people are experiencing slow post disaster recovery and neglect both through indifference from the government and lack of international interest and unfulfilled aid promises. The Nepalese government for the last decade have been attempting to pass constitutional reforms that would split the landlocked mountainous country's provinces into 7 federal provinces . El Nino terrible, climate change and Pacific Ocean

El Nino is expected to hit the Pacific Coast hard if and when it builds up steam. This year's El Nino is already being dubbed as the worst storm outdoing its predecessor the 1997 El Nino that caused mudslides in Mexico and turned streets into oceans. Great floods and rainstorms no know borders nor respect boundaries. Mexico and California joined together by history, culture , language and and borders have fought against the Pacific's long ranging freak storms. Water has been both a blessing and a threat. 2 Explosion at Istanbul Ataturk Airport

Istanbul at night balances a modern city with its ancient roots and historical city. It's one of the few cities in the world to straddle two continents between East and West but does it well. Two explosions have occurred at Istanbul Ataturk Airport . Sadly 10 innocent people have been killed in the double suicide bombing. No doubt it brings to mind memories of the recent Brussels Airport attacks . It is the main airport for Istanbul and a population of 15 million people. Tukey has been suffering from the backlash of the ongoing Syrian war and takfiri and ISIS' free fall terrorist attacks that have claimed the lives of hundreds if not thousands inside Syria, Iraq and Turkey. Kurd and Turkish citizens in Turkey have suffered from terror attacks and Turkish government bombings in Kurdish areas of Turkey.
