People are still protesting against government indifference to Soma Mines Disasters that left 200+ miners dead and hundreds of family and friends in mourning. From Soma to Istanbul and Ankara people have come out to the streets to protest loud and clear against the government's long history of neglience. The anger has been boiling over from the now infamous photograph of Ergoden advisor Yusuf Yerkel kicking a relative of one of the deceased miners while the relative is being arrested by Turkish military police.
